And we are expanding our distribution network and are in search of a Wholesale Manager to enhance our sales performance and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners

Job title: Business Development Executive (SOC: 3554) 

Key Responsibilities
●  Market Research: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date with competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
● Product Development & Innovation: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve existing products and identify gaps in the market. Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to develop new products that align with market demand. Work closely with marketing to define product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
● Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including beauty academies, influencers, and trade associations.
● Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in new and existing markets, including salons, beauty schools, and specialty retailers.
● Product Promotion: Collaborate with the team to create promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and product interest.
● New Market Entry: Strategise and implement plans to enter new regional or international markets.
● Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, providing insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years experience in business development, sales, or market research (preferably in beauty or cosmetics).
● Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated and proactive with a strategic mindset.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and market analysis tools.

Role Overview
The Wholesale Manager is responsible for managing relationships with existing wholesale clients, increasing sales through established channels, and ensuring efficient order fulfilment. This role is vital for meeting customer demand and maximizing revenue through B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
● Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
● Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales with current partners and re-engage inactive accounts.
● Order Coordination: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to wholesale partners.
● Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesale clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
● Customer Support: Provide dedicated support to wholesale clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
● Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyse data to optimize wholesale strategies.
Qualifications
● At least 2 years experience in wholesale management, B2B sales, or account management (preferably in beauty or retail).
● Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
● Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Experience with CRM software and order management systems.
