Key Responsibilities
● Market Research: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date with competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
● Product Development & Innovation: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve existing products and identify gaps in the market. Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to develop new products that align with market demand. Work closely with marketing to define product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
● Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including beauty academies, influencers, and trade associations.
● Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in new and existing markets, including salons, beauty schools, and specialty retailers.
● Product Promotion: Collaborate with the team to create promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and product interest.
● New Market Entry: Strategise and implement plans to enter new regional or international markets.
● Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, providing insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years experience in business development, sales, or market research (preferably in beauty or cosmetics).
● Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated and proactive with a strategic mindset.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and market analysis tools.

Salary: £38,700 - £40,000 per year
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
